Product Description/Purpose
The ISB model 740 valve sack filler is designed for filling powders into various sized valve sacks. Material is fed into the top of the machine either using a loading hopper or a FIBC discharging stand. The valve sack filler may also be installed directly under a mixer. The machine will handle a wide range of powders as it is made from stainless steel and has a variable speed drive that allows more than one speed to be programmed into it. As the product is filled it is weighed and as it reaches a target weight the speed will slow down and feed the amount of product in at a slower rate. The top of the product chamber is removable for easy cleaning.

OPERATION
The required weight is first programmed into the controller, and the required speeds into the inverter drive. A valve sack is placed on the valve sack hanger and the filler is then started. The filler will run at the first programmed speed until the first required weight is reached, once this is reached the filler will slow down to the second speed and then stop when the final weight is reached. The filled sack is now removed and another one place onto the hanger, the operation starts again.
MAINTENANCE
The ISB 740 valve sack filler is easy to maintain due to all the grease points for the bearings are sited at the front of the machine.
