Product Description/Purpose
The ISB model 750 paste feeder is designed for moving pastes and moderately wet products that do not move or flow easily. The product maybe filled into various containers such as tubs, pails or polythene sacks depending upon the customer requirements. If required the filler can be supplied with interchangeable filling heads which the customer changes over themselves. The filler is a free standing unit and may be sited directly under the mixer or be sited elsewhere and have the product loaded into it. Sometimes it may be necessary to fit a vibrator to the hopper to help the material flow down to the filling auger.

- Speed of fill - This depends on the product and accuracy required (variable speed units can be supplied).
OPERATION
The required weight is first programmed into the controller. When this is carried out the container is put onto the filling head. The filler is now started and product is discharged from the filler into the container. Once the required weight is reached the filler stops and the operation carried out again.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance on the ISB model 750 paste feeder is easily carried out as there is a series of grease nipples on the front of the filler that lubricate the gland and bearings, and all panels are removable for access to the inside of the machine.
