Product Description/Purpose
The (ISB 220) rise and fall liquid mixer is designed for mixing and dispersing most types of liquids. The mixer can be supplied with either mild or stainless steel material contact parts and variable or fixed speed drives. The models can be supplied with a flameproof rated or standard none hazardous area rating. When the clamps are used a various range of containers are compatible to mix in, from 25L tubs to 200L drums.

OPERATION
The mixing blade on the ISB 220 rise and fall liquid mixer is installed at the correct height to get the required mixing container underneath. The container is then held in place by the clamps, the mixing blade is then lowered into the container. Once this process is in place the mixer is started. During mixing the head may be moved up and down through the mix (within a set distance) when fitted, the variable speed is then adjusted. When the mix is complete it is slowed right down and stopped before the drum is removed.
MAINTENANCE
The ISB 220 rise and fall liquid mixer is easy to maintain with regular greasing of the bearings and checking the oil in the hydraulic lift unit.
