Product Description/Purpose
The ISB 610 lift and tilt is designed for lifting and positioning 205 litre drums, that have either straight or ribbed sides. The ISB 610 lift & tilt is a useful piece of equipment as it can manoeuvre into places that are not accessible with a forklift truck. The ISB 610 lift and tilt is also useful if a thick slow moving liquid is to be decanted as a forklift truck will not have to be tied up for a long time while the product is decanted.

OPERATION
The ISB 610 lift and tilt is brought up to the drum and the clamp is opened, the drum lifter is then positioned around the drum clamped in. Once clamped the drum is lifted just clear of the ground and moved to where it is to be decanted. Here the drum is lifted to the required height and tilted to allow the product to flow. The tilt angle of the drum is adjusted using the handle on the side
MAINTENANCE
The ISB 610 is easy to maintain, the only parts that need attention are the chains and sliding members that will need greasing occasionally and the hydraulic oil will need to be kept at the correct level.
